Hi, I'm Heesun.

I’m a Product Designer based in London with experience across both B2C and B2B digital products.
In my last role at YMX, I designed B2B VR solutions and digital twin platforms. Before that, at Knowmerce, I designed features for fromm—a K-POP fandom messaging app. I focused on enhancing the conversational experience between artist and fans. Working across these different areas has helped me build a strong design background for various services and users.

Before becoming a designer, I started my career as an actress in Korea. This unique background gives me a deep insight into how people think and act.

As an actress, I spent a lot of time studying scripts, analysing different situations, and researching characters to understand their motives. Now, I use these skills in my design process.
